Do I need books or accounts?

Physical or digital references are welcome, but not required before session zero. Rod shares the spine of rules you need at the table.

What if I miss a session?

Session notes on each campaign page summarize what happened so you can catch up without spoiling surprises you still want to discover in play.

New to D&D?

Perfectly fine. Expect a guided session zero, pre-generated options if you want them, and space to learn by doing.

How are characters created?

Point buy or standard array unless a published adventure specifies otherwise. Backstory prompts are light—enough to spark hooks, not homework.
